Wash apples, but don't pare.
Quarter and remove seeds.
Add in cider and cook slowly till soft.
Put through food mill or possibly sieve.
Measure pulp.
Add in 1 c. sugar to each 3 c. pulp.
Add in to each 3 c. pulp:
