6 cups broccoli florets, new or frozen
2 tablespoons more-virgin olive oil
1⁄ 2 teaspoon salt

⁄ 4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup significant product
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons grated Asiago cheese
1⁄ 4 teaspoon dry mustard

1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Put broccoli florets upon a foil-protected baking sheet and throw with olive oil, salt, and
pepper. Bake for 25 minutes or right until broccoli is fork gentle.
