Meatball “Sub”

Components
Serves 6 (18 meatballs)
1 pound floor beef
1⁄ 2 pound flooring pork
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
2 hefty eggs
1⁄ 4 cup chopped refreshing basil
2 tablespoons minced refreshing parsley
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1⁄ 2 teaspoon black pepper
6 slices provolone cheese
1 cup Marinara Sauce

1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
2. Combine beef, pork, Parmesan cheese, eggs, basil, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper in just a
massive blending bowl till properly merged.
3. Roll meat combination into 1” balls and level over 1” aside upon a baking sheet. Bake right up until
cooked throughout, over 15 minutes. Remove meatballs against the oven and fixed apart to
interesting for a couple minutes.
4. Destination 1 reduce of provolone cheese flat upon a plate and put 3 meatballs upon one aspect of it.
Pour 1 ⁄ 6 of the marinara sauce about the meatballs. Fold the other facet of the cheese
earlier mentioned the meatballs.
