“Mac” ’n’ Cheese

6 cups cauliflower florets
3 ounces product cheese

1⁄ 4 teaspoon salt
1⁄ 2 cup beaten pork rinds

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Fill a double boiler with water and carry water to a boil. Minimize cauliflower into reduced
