Pumpkin-Spiced Pecan Mix
Ingredients:
sugars, granulated
pumpkin, raw
nuts, pecans
butter, without salt
Directions:
Heat oven to 300 degrees F.
Mix sugar and pumpkin pie spice until blended.
Toss nuts with butter in large bowl.
Add sugar mixture; mix lightly.
Spread onto rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 18 to 20 min.
or until nuts are lightly toasted.
Spread onto large sheet of waxed paper; cool completely.
