Rum and Raisin Ice Cream
Ingredients:
raisins, seeded
alcoholic beverage, distilled, rum, 80 proof
vanilla extract
cream, whipped, cream topping, pressurized
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
sugars, granulated
Directions:
Combine raisins, rum and vanilla extract in small bowl; cover and stand overnight.
Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly; pour into an ice cream maker and follow manufacturers instructions.
