Mark's Eggless Pancakes

Ingredients:
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
wheat germ, crude
cornstarch
leavening agents, baking powder, double-acting, sodium aluminum sulfate
leavening agents, baking soda

Directions:
Combine all the dry ingredients.
Add water, starting with 1/2 cup and beating well.
Add enough water until you have the consistency desired.
If you prefer thicker batter, add less water, thinner batter, add more water.
Fry in a very lightly oiled skillet until brown, flip and continue to cook the other side.
