Cheese Sauce
Ingredients:
butter, without salt
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
salt, table
spices, pepper, black
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
cheese, cheddar
Directions:
In a small saucepan melt butter.
Stir in flour, salt and pepper until the mix becomes bubbly.
Stir in milk all at once and whisk.
Stir until thickened and bubbly then add cheese and stir again.
