Low-Fat Crust
Ingredients:
cereals, oats, regular and quick, unenriched, cooked with water (includes boiling and microwaving), without salt
apple juice, canned or bottled, unsweetened, without added ascorbic acid
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F.
Place cereal in food processor or blender container; cover.
Process until finely crushed.
Mix cereal crumbs and apple juice concentrate until well blended.
Press firmly onto bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate.
Bake 5 min.
or until lightly browned.
Cool on wire rack.
