Orange Peel Bread Rolls

Ingredients:
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
sugars, granulated
salt, table
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
butter, without salt
water, bottled, generic
leavening agents, yeast, baker's, active dry
orange juice, raw

Directions:
Finely chop the orange peel.

Knead all the ingredients except for the butter and orange peel in a bowl.
When the mixture has come together, knead in the butter and peel.
Roll the dough into a neat round, place it in a bowl and allow it to rise to double its original size.
When finished, divide the dough into 8 portions and let sit for 20 minutes.
Reshape them into neat rounds, place on a baking tray, and allow to rise for a second time until doubled in size again.
When finished, bake them for 12 - 13 minutes in an oven preheated to 170C.
They're fluffy straight out of the oven.
