Perfect Sugar Cookies Recipe
Ingredients:
butter, without salt
sugars, granulated
leavening agents, baking soda
cream, sour, cultured
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
salt, table
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar, add in Large eggs and beat well.
Dissolve soda in lowfat sour cream and add in to egg mix together with flour and salt.
Refrigeratewell.
Flour board and rolling pin and sprinkle flour on dough to be rolled.
Roll and cut.
Bake at 400 degrees for 5 min or possibly till golden brown.
Cold slightly before removing from pan.
