Strawberry Ice Cream
Ingredients:
strawberries, raw
cheese, parmesan, hard
sugars, granulated
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
lemon juice, raw
salt, table
cream, fluid, heavy whipping
Directions:
Coarsely chop strawberries and in a blender puree with all remaining ingredients except cream just until smooth.
Stir in cream and freeze mixture in an ice-cream maker.
Transfer ice cream to an airtight container and put in freezer to harden.
Ice cream may be made 1 week ahead.
