3 1/2 cups (400 g) chickpea flour
4 cups (950 ml) water
Salt and recently floor black pepper
to flavor
1/2 cup (118 ml) excess-virgin olive oil

Process
Within a superior bowl, whisk with each other the chickpea flour and the 4 cups
of water. Time with salt and enable to take it easy for 12 hrs. Skim
