Healthy Energy Bars/Snacks
Ingredients:
cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
syrup, maple, canadian
spices, cinnamon, ground
spices, ginger, ground
seeds, sesame butter, tahini, from roasted and toasted kernels (most common type)
butter, without salt
currants, zante, dried
shortening confectionery, coconut (hydrogenated) and or palm kernel (hydrogenated)
nuts, pecans
wheat germ, crude
Directions:
Melt butter, add tahini, cocoa powder, cinnamon, ginger and maple syrup.
Then add the remaining ingredients.
Place the mixture into a 9' round pan and press firmly.
Refrigerate and cut.
