Ingredients:
butter, without salt
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
soup, chicken broth or bouillon, dry
salt, table
spices, pepper, black
Directions:
Melt the butter, then add the flour and blend thoroughly.
Slowly add the broth, salt and pepper and blend until mixture thickens.
Serve.
