Mick Mcgurk's Shortbread
Ingredients:
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
rice flour, white, unenriched
sugars, powdered
butter, without salt
salt, table
Directions:
Thoroughly sift dry ingredients.
melt the butter and add it to the dry ingredients.
mix well and press into a pan.
bake at 325350 degrees Fahrenheit for 2530 minutes.
