Oil- and Egg-free Tofu Cocoa Muffins
Ingredients:
wheat flour, white, cake, enriched
cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
salt, table
leavening agents, baking powder, double-acting, sodium aluminum sulfate
sugars, granulated
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
tofu, raw, regular, prepared with calcium sulfate
Directions:
Preparation: Put the ingredients marked into a bowl and mix well with a whisk.
Put the ingredients marked in a different bowl and mix with the whisk.
Add the mixture from Step 1, and fold it in with a rubber spatula.
Bake for 20-23 minutes in an oven preheated to 180C.
Adjust the baking time as necessary.
