Bitter Chocolate Truffles Recipe
Ingredients:
cream, whipped, cream topping, pressurized
spartan, real semi-sweet chocolate baking chips,
cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
Directions:
Makes 450g/1lb

In a saucepan, boil the double cream till reduced to 2 tbsp.
Remove from heat and stir in the chocolate till melted.
Add in the butter and stir gently, then pour on to a large flat plate.
Put in the fridge for 45 min till chilled and set.

With a tsp., scrape across the chocolate so which it forms a rough truffle shape in large curls, not balls!
Roll them in dry cocoa pwdr.
Refrigeratein fridge for at least half and hour before serving.
