Steak-and-Potato Skewers
with Horseradish Steak Sauce
You’ll Need to have:
16 golfing-ball dimension yellow or crimson potatoes
Salt2 Tbsp composed horseradish
2 Tbsp ketchup
2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp brown sugar
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp honey
1 lb sirloin, lower into 3⁄4" cubes
Recently cracked black pepper to style
