Thai Pork Stir Fry
Ingredients:
oil, olive, salad or cooking
soy sauce made from soy (tamari)
spices, garlic powder
spices, ginger, ground
spices, pepper, black
spices, cardamom
spices, chili powder
pork, fresh, loin, tenderloin, separable lean only, raw
broccoli, raw
carrots, raw
cauliflower, raw
vinegar, distilled
spices, curry powder
rice, white, long-grain, regular, unenriched, cooked without salt
Directions:
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, stir together oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, ginger, pepper, cardamom and chili powder.
Add half the pork; cook, stirring frequently, 3 minutes.
Using a slotted spoon, remove meat from skillet.
Repeat with remaining pork.
Return all meat to pan.
Add broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, vinegar and curry powder.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat and cover.
Simmer 3-5 minutes, or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
Serve over rice.
