Easy Butter Cookies
Ingredients:
wheat flour, white, cake, enriched
butter, without salt
sugars, granulated
egg substitute, powder
Directions:
Soften butter, and mix with sugar.
Add the egg, and mix.
Add flour, mix by squeezing the mixture by hand, then shape it into a log.
Chill in the freezer for 10 minutes.
Take it out, and cut it into 5 mm slices.
Bake for 19 minutes at 170C / 340F, and it's done!
