oat bran, raw
nuts, almonds
wheat germ, crude
spices, cinnamon, ground

Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a plastic container or resealable bag.
Mix.
Combine 1/3 cup of the mixture with equal amount of milk or water.
Refridgerate overnight.
In the morning, combine with yogurt and eat cold or microwave for a hot breakfast.
Can store the rest of the mix in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
