Easiest Mushroom Sauce
Ingredients:
soup, beef broth or bouillon canned, ready-to-serve
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
mushrooms, white, raw
onions, spring or scallions (includes tops and bulb), raw
butter, without salt
Directions:
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine broth, flour, mushrooms, green onions and butter.
Cook, stirring constantly, until golden brown and thickened.
