Eggless Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
sugars, powdered
beverages, carbonated, cola, regular
leavening agents, baking powder, double-acting, sodium aluminum sulfate
leavening agents, baking soda
salt, table
oil, olive, salad or cooking
water, bottled, generic
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
vanilla extract
yogurt, greek, plain, nonfat
butter, without salt
cheese, ricotta, whole milk
sugars, brown
spices, cinnamon, ground
vanilla extract

Directions:
Preheat the oven at 180 C degrees
Grease a baking tin
In a bowl sift together all the dry ingredients
In a separate bowl whisk together the oil and hot water until well blended a let cool for a couple of mins
When cooled add in the milk and vanilla extract
Add in the yogurt and mix all very well
Gradually pour the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and whisk together.
Pour in the greased tin
Bake for about 35-40 mins or until toothpick inserted and comes out clean
For the cream:
Cream together the ricotta cheese and butter until light and fluffy
Add in the light brown sugar, cinnamon and the vanilla and combine
When cake is cool... Cut through the middle equally and fill with you favourite jam
Sandwich the cake together and spread the cream all over the top
From there you can design if however you like...
I sprinkled it with chocolate sprinkles
