Ingredients:
vanilla extract
spices, nutmeg, ground
spices, cinnamon, ground
Directions:
Mix together all cake ingredients and place into tin.
Bake for 1hr 30 mins - 2 hours.
Leave cake to cool.
Mix cream cheese frosting ingredients, cut cake in half and fill, place remainder on top of cake and serve.
Optional sprinkle some chopped walnuts on top.
