Dark Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting
Ingredients:
butter, without salt
cheese, parmesan, hard
cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
vanilla extract
sugars, powdered
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
Directions:
Put the butter and cream cheese into a large bowl and cream it together using a mixer.
Add the cocoa and vanilla and combine.
Add the confectioners sugar in small batches and blend on low until combined.
Scrape down sides of the bowl with each addition.
Add 1 tablespoon of milk at a time until you get the consistency you desire.
Frost your cake or cupcakes.
Enjoy!
The recipe is enough to frost one 2-layer 8-inch cake or 24 cupcakes.
I actually use this to fill my cupcakes with tooit is absolutely divine!
