Toasted Sesame Quinoa Bars

Ingredients:
quinoa, uncooked
seeds, sesame seeds, whole, dried
oats
dates, deglet noor
apricots, dried, sulfured, uncooked
salt, table
seeds, sesame butter, tahini, from roasted and toasted kernels (most common type)
honey
vanilla extract

Directions:
Line 9 inch pan with foil.
In large skillet, toast quinoa and sesame seeds.
Transfer to a large bowl and allow to cool.
To the quinoa, add oats, dates, apricots and salt.
Stir in tahini, honey and vanilla until blended.
Press mixture into prepared pan and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Peel off foil and cut into 16 bars.
