Texas Tornado Pudding Cake

Ingredients:
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
sugars, granulated
cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
leavening agents, baking powder, double-acting, sodium aluminum sulfate
salt, table
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
margarine, regular, 80% fat, composite, stick, without salt
sugars, brown
cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
water, bottled, generic

Directions:
Cake:
Mix flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, and salt together.
Add milk and margarine to dry ingredients.
Mix until smooth.
Pour into 9" baking pan.
Topping:
Mix sugar, cocoa, and water until sugar and cocoa dissolve.
Pour over top of cake.
Bake in 325F (160C).
for approximately 45 minutes or until done.
