Marine MUSSEL Chowder

4 slices of bacon, chopped
1 or 2 onions, chopped
2 celery ribs, chopped
A several cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
A generous splash of any white wine
1 cup (250 mL) of whipping product
1 cup (250 mL) of water
5 fat (2.25 kg) of clean mussels, scrubbed, debearded and rinsed effectively
2 bay leaves
A handful of new thyme sprigs, fifty percent entire, 50 % finely chopped
2 higher Prince Edward Island potatoes (unpeeled), diced
A 12-ounce (375 mL) can of unsweetened evaporated milk
A handful of clean parsley leaves, chopped
