FOR THE DRESSING
¼ cup (60 mL) of olive oil
¼ cup (60 mL) of honey
½ cup (125 mL) of white wine vinegar
½ teaspoon (2 mL) of normal vanilla extract
1 teaspoon (5 mL) of sea salt
½ teaspoon (2 mL) of your beloved scorching sauce
FOR THE SALAD
2 Belgian endives, leaves trimmed, stacked and thinly sliced
1 radicchio, leaves trimmed, stacked and thinly sliced
1 crisp apple (unpeeled), slice into matchstick elements
½ cup (125 mL) of pine crazy or slivered almonds
½ cup (125 mL) of raisins
Leaves against 1 bunch of clean tarragon
