Tex-Mex Spice Mix
Ingredients:
spices, chili powder
spices, cumin seed
spices, pepper, black
salt, table
spices, garlic powder
spices, coriander seed
Directions:
Combine all ingredients thoroughly and store in an airtight container.
Makes about 1 cup.
Uses:
For seasoning meats, I use 1 tablespoon per pound of meat.
For a creamy Tex-Mex dip, I mix 1 tablespoon of the mix with 1 cup of ranch dressing and 2 tablespoons sour cream.
Mix well.
