Cashew Crunch Brittle
Ingredients:
butter, without salt
sugars, granulated
syrups, corn, light
nuts, cashew nuts, raw
Directions:
Line sheet pan with waxed paper.
Put in sauce pan butter, sugar and corn syrup, bring mixture to a boil while constantly stirring until mixture is a light golden brown.
Add the cashews and stir to coat.
Immediately pour nut mixture into pan.
Chill until set and turn over onto a sheet of waxed paper.
Remove waxed paper from back of candy.
Break into serving size pieces.
