Quick Fudge Frosting
Ingredients:
sugars, powdered
cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
salt, table
water, bottled, generic
vanilla extract
butter, without salt
Directions:
In large bowl, combine sugar, cocoa and salt.
With an electric mixer, beat in boiling water, vanilla and butter until smooth and thick.
Yields 2 cups.
