butter, without salt
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
Directions:
Combine cream cheese and butter.
Cut in flour with pastry blender.
Work dough with hands until it holds together.
Make a ball; wrap and chill overnight.
Cook as your recipe directs.
