FAVA BEANS WITH ANCHOVIES

2 1/4 lbs .. (1 kg) new fava beans
Salt and recently floor black pepper
to flavor
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 pinch marjoram
2 tbsp. (30 ml) vinegar
1/4 cup (60 ml) a lot more-virgin olive oil
4 anchovies, desalted, deboned,
and chopped (optional)
Boil the fava beans in just a medium pot of salted water right up until they
are al dente, over 5 minutes; then drain.
Plan the sauce: Mixture the garlic, marjoram, vinegar, olive oil,
and anchovies, if favored. Time with salt and pepper and drizzle
in excess of the fava beans.
As a substitute, provide the fava beans with chopped contemporary chives, oil,
and salt and pepper to style.
