1 lb. (500 g) tomatoes, halved
(with regards to 4 medium)
Salt
1 tsp. chopped new parsley
1 tsp. chopped clean basil
1/2 tsp. clean thyme leaves
1/2 tsp. fresh new oregano
1/2 tsp. fresh new chopped marjoram
1 1/4 cups (125 g) breadcrumbs
1/4 cup (60 ml) further-virgin olive oil

Room the tomatoes within just a colander, sprinkle with salt, and enable drain
for 15 minutes.
In the meantime, stir the herbs into the breadcrumbs. Include the oil and
blend properly.
Warmth the oven to 350°F (175°C). Position the tomatoes, lower aspect up,
in just a 9-inch (23 cm) baking pan. Spread the breadcrumb mix
upon the tomatoes and bake for over 15 minutes, or right up until golden.
