Protein-Powered Whole Wheat Pumpkin Muffins
Ingredients:
margarine, regular, 80% fat, composite, stick, without salt
sugars, brown
applesauce, canned, unsweetened, without added ascorbic acid (includes usda commodity)
pumpkin, raw
spices, cinnamon, ground
spices, nutmeg, ground
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
beverages, protein powder whey based
seeds, flaxseed
leavening agents, baking soda
Directions:
Cream together margarine and sugar.
Add applesauce, pumpkin, and spices.
Mix well.
Add flour, protein powder, flaxseed and baking soda.
Preheat oven to 350F Spray PAM or equivalent on muffin tray.
