Whole Wheat Peanut Butter Bread
Ingredients:
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
sugars, granulated
leavening agents, baking powder, double-acting, sodium aluminum sulfate
salt, table
peanut butter, smooth style, without salt
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
Directions:
1.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan.
2.
In a large bowl mix together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
Add peanut butter and milk and stir until just combined.
3.
Pour into the prepared loaf pan and smooth out the top.
Bake for 50 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean.
Let cool completely.
Slice and serve with homemade jam.
