Ingredients:
wei-chuan, five spice powder,
spices, cumin seed
spices, paprika
salt, table
spices, pepper, black
spices, pepper, red or cayenne
spices, cardamom
spices, coriander seed
spices, garlic powder
spices, ginger, ground
oil, sesame, salad or cooking
oil, olive, salad or cooking

Directions:
In a small bowl, stir spice rub ingredients together until well blended.
