SWORDFISH Within SALMORIGLIO SAUCE

1 cup (200 ml) added-virgin olive oil
Juice of 2 lemons
3 1/2 tbsp. (50 ml) warm water
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 tbsp. (4 g) refreshing parsley, chopped
1 tsp. fresh new oregano, chopped
1 1/3 lbs .. (600 g) swordfish fillet,
reduce into 4 slices
Salt and recently flooring black pepper
to flavor

Deliver the salmoriglio sauce: Whisk jointly the oil, lemon juice,
