Eggless Ginger Crinkles
Ingredients:
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
leavening agents, baking soda
spices, ginger, ground
spices, cinnamon, ground
spices, cloves, ground
sugars, brown
butter, without salt
molasses
sugars, granulated
Directions:
Stir the first 5 ingrendients together in a large bowl.
Beat the wet ingredients in a seperate bowl.
Mix the two together and stir well.
Form into 1 inch balls (about the size of a large cherry).
Roll in the granulated sugar and place 2 inches apart in an ungreased cookie tray.
Bake at 375 oF (180oC) for 10-12 minutes.
