Molasses Skillet Taffy
Ingredients:
molasses
sugars, granulated
vinegar, distilled
butter, without salt
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a large iron skillet.
Bring mixture to a boil.
Continue cooking and stirring occasionally with a wooden spoon until mixture reaches 310 degrees F on candy thermometer.
Pour into greased cake pan and refrigerate.
When hard break into pieces.
