Wholemeal Floury Baps(Rolls) Recipe for the Bread Maker
Ingredients:
butter, without salt
water, bottled, generic
sugars, granulated
salt, table
wheat flours, bread, unenriched
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
wheat flours, bread, unenriched
leavening agents, yeast, baker's, active dry
vital wheat gluten
Directions:
Add the ingredients in the order recommended by the manufacturer and use the dough setting, i use a Cookwork bread maker and this is the correct order for it.
Cut into 8 equal pieces.
