Au Gratin Potatoes for Two

Ingredients:
potatoes, raw, skin
soup, cream of chicken, canned, condensed
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
cheese, cheddar
spices, pepper, black
onions, raw

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Place potato slices into a saucepan and cover with water.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat; cover and cook for 12 minutes or until potatoes are almost tender.
Drain and set potatoes aside.
In a small bowl, combine soup and milk.
Stir in cheese and pepper.
Grease a 1-quart shallow baking dish.
Layer half of the potatoes in the bottom and top with half of the soup mixture.
Repeat with remaining potatoes and soup mixture.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle with onions and bake 5-10 minutes longer, or until bubbly and onions are golden brown.
