Dijon Mustard Black Pepper Biscuits (Low Fat/Low Cal

Ingredients:
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
leavening agents, baking powder, double-acting, sodium aluminum sulfate
sugars, granulated
spices, pepper, black
salt, table
spices, garlic powder
butter, without salt
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
mustard, prepared, yellow

Directions:
Preheat oven to 450F.
Lightly spray large baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
Combine flour, baking powder, sugar, pepper, salt and garlic powder in medium bowl.
Cut in butter with pastry blender or two knives until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Whisk together milk and mustard in small bowl.
Add to flour mixture; stir just until dry ingredients are moistened.
Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls 1 inch apart on prepared baking sheet.
Bake about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from pan to wire rack.
