Animal Crackers Recipe
Ingredients:
oats
honey
salt, table
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
leavening agents, baking soda
butter, without salt
milk, buttermilk, fluid, cultured, lowfat
Directions:
Don't grease cookie sheet.
Grind 1/2 c. oatmeal in blender till fine.
Add in honey, salt, flour and soda.
Cut in butter.
Add in buttermilk.
Roll very thin, cut with animal cookie cutters.
Bake at 400 degrees till brown (10 to 12 min).
Bake leftover pcs too.
