Arugula Salad with Penne, Garbanzo Beans and Sunshine Dried Tomatoes

Six oz Ronzoni Good Style penne pasta
1/4 cup solar dried tomatoes, chopped
Two tbsp added virgin olive oil
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
salt and new floor pepper in direction of flavor
