Peach Sour Cream Ice Cream
Ingredients:
peaches, yellow, raw
sugars, granulated
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
cream, sour, cultured
Directions:
Place peaches in a bowl and sprinkle with sugar.
Allow them to chill out together for a little while, stirring them occasionally.
Place fruit and sugar into a blender with the other ingredients.
Blend until smooth.
Chill in refrigerator (an ice bath speeds this along), and then freeze in your ice cream maker following manufacturers directions.
Transfer to an airtight container and store in freezer.
