Semolina Waffles with Red Pepper-Basil Butter

Ingredients:
1/2 cup (I adhere) butter, softened
3 tablespoons finely chopped pink bell pepper
1 tablespoon minced fresh basil leaves
1 garlic clove, minced

Directions:
