Maple Bourbon Turkey Glaze
Ingredients:
ground turkey, raw
syrup, maple, canadian
catsup
soy sauce made from soy (tamari)
spices, ginger, ground
sugars, brown
Directions:
Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate, covered, overnight.
Brush the glaze over the turkey during the last 15 minutes of roasting @ 5 minute intervals.
